DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE
- The guest, which signature below will signify his/her agreement with the following terms, herby accepts that RIU HOTELS & RESORTS, for the sole purpose of obtaining the results of the tests carried out on its facilities for the detection details to the laboratory responsible for analyzing the sample of the aforesaid test.
- The guest will provide the hotel with an e-mail address which will be forwarded to the laboratory in order for them to communicate the results directly to the guest. Should the guest not have an e-mail address, the test results will be available for collection at the hotel front desk, where they will be delivered in a sealed envelope.
- The guest acknowledges that the nature of this agreement is free of charge.
The guest hereby expressly assume all of the risk and dangers covered in paragraphs 1-3 above, and hereby expressly agree to forever release, discharge, and hold RIU HOTEL & RESORTS, and our agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, guides, group leaders, and subcontractors harmless against any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, suits, claims, and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever, in all jurisdictions, which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with these risks and dangers.
